Message from the founders

Hi, we’re Lauren & Will, and we’ve made college advising our life’s work. We’re so glad you’ve found your way to TBU Tutors. In our decades of work as educators and college advising professionals, we’ve found that a student’s academic experience and how they feel about their ability as a learner are pivotal to their success in the college process. Responding to that need, we launched TBU Tutors to ensure that every student has individualized support to meet their academic goals.  

And while there are more online tools than ever to give kids the answers, we believe that the relationship between a student and the trained expert who can equip them with the knowledge, tools, and resources to thrive can transform the learning experience, empower the learner, and change their trajectory.
